Preparation

  1. Combine the marinade ingredients
  2. Coat and cover the chicken and marinade for 30-60mins
  3. Cook on a BBQ grill or in a griddle pan, 5 mins on the first side (skin down) over a medium-high heat, その後 5 mins on the second side
  4. Reduce the heat to medium-low and continue to cook until the chicken reaches 80°C (use a meat thermometer)
  5. If you prefer you can finish in the oven which will take around 30 mins
