Jewish Kashrut food regulations are quite complex and include rules around preparation that you will need to be aware of. The recipes we label as Kosher exclude foods that are not kosher especially: seafood, pork, and rabbit.
Other (less common) animals are also not kosher: squirrel, camel, kangaroo, horse, birds of prey, scavenger birds, and insects.
Cuts of meat from the rear of an animal (e.g. sirloin, flank, short loin, shank and round) are also not kosher.
