Preparation
- Remove any green stalks from the chillies but leave the seeds and pith in
- Peel the garlic
- Make sure the salt is nice and fine
- Juice the lime
- Whizz everything together for ages in a blender
- Should fill a jar similar to mine which is 725g / 750ml
Notes
- This salt and acid mean this will last in the fridge for weeks (or months)

- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp salt
