A British classic combining sausages in yorkshire pudding with gravy, potatoes and any vegetables you feel like on the side

Preparation

  1. Combine the salt, flour and eggs in a bowl and mix well until smooth
  2. Add the milk slowly whilst mixing, then add the water
  3. Put the sausages and oil into a deep metal dish (or 2 deep pie dishes as I used in the photos)
  4. Turn your oven to 220°C and cook the sausages for 10-15 minutes - they should be browned on at least 1 side
  5. Remove from the oven, add the yorkshire pudding mix and then return to the oven
  6. Reduce the oven to 200C. Do not open the oven door for a minimum of 25 minutes!
  7. Cook for 25-30 mins
