Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well
  2. Store in a sealed container (ਉਦਾਹਰਨ ਲਈ. a jar) in the fridge for several weeks

    • 1 lime

    • 1tsp kashmiri chilli powder
    • ½tsp black pepper
    • [or 1tbsp yellow prepared mustard]1tsp yellow mustard powder
    • 1tbsp smoked paprika
    • Pinch salt
    • 100ml whiskey
    • Add half a tin of blended tinned tomatoes if you want a juicier sauce for a casserole
