Preparation
- Roast the garlic with the oil until browned
- Blend the garlic, vinegar, onion, coriande,r oregano, bay leaves, sugar, salt, pepper, and the spices
- Coat the pork with the mixture and refrigerate overnight (minimum 6 hours)
- Cover the pork with foil and cook for 50 minutes at
240°C - Heat the glaze ingredients in a pan until melted together
- Brush the glaze onto the pork and bake for an additional 10 मिनट
