Preparation

  1. Peel the cucumber
  2. Use a teaspoon to scrape the seeds from the centre of the cucumber
  3. Grate the remaining cucumber
  4. Wrap the grated cucumber in a teatowel and squeeze to remove most of the liquid
  5. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir in well together

  • Can be kept in the fridge for 2-3 days
