Barbecue Pork Ribs

Sweet & smoky barbecued pork recipe that works well as finger-food. Also known as Spare Ribs, Baby back Ribs.

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a pan and heat and stir until well mixed
  2. Allow to cool
  3. Place the ribs in the sauce and mix around until well covered.
  4. Fridge for at least 3 hours (or overnight).
  5. Cook on BBQ or grill for approx 10mins turning frequently.
