Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well
  2. Store in a sealed container (z.B. a jar) in the fridge for several weeks

    • 120g golden syrup
    • 120g muscovado sugar
    • 100ml apple cider vinegar
    • 1 lime
    • 1tsp onion powder
    • 1tsp kashmiri chilli powder
    • ½tsp black pepper
    • [oder 1tbsp yellow prepared mustard]1tsp yellow mustard powder
    • 1tbsp smoked paprika
    • Pinch salt
    • 100ml whiskey
    • Add half a tin of blended tinned tomatoes if you want a juicier sauce for a casserole
