Preparation
- Combine the marinade ingredients and blend into a smooth paste
- Marinade the chicken for up to an hour
- Cook on a BBQ grill or in a griddle pan, 5 mins on the first side (skin down) over a medium-high heat, und dann 5 mins on the second side
- Reduce the heat to medium-low and continue to cook until the chicken reaches at least
74°C (use a meat thermometer) - If you prefer you can finish in the oven which will take around 25-30 mins at 200C
