Preparation

  1. Combine the marinade ingredients and blend into a smooth paste
  2. Marinade the chicken for up to an hour
  3. Cook on a BBQ grill or in a griddle pan, 5 mins on the first side (skin down) over a medium-high heat, その後 5 mins on the second side
  4. Reduce the heat to medium-low and continue to cook until the chicken reaches at least 74°C (use a meat thermometer)
  5. If you prefer you can finish in the oven which will take around 25-30 mins at 200C
