I've had a craving for all things smokey lately - BBQ, Single Malts, and real fires. Italian-style pasta sauces are something I make more often in summer as they're so often light and fresh. This has the same basic formula but has a few tweaks to make it a bit more rich to suit the winter months.

- 1tsp chipotle chilli powder
