Preparation
- Finely chop the rosemary and garlic
- Mix all the sauce ingredients
- Coat the chicken well with the sauce and leave in the fridge for 15 mins or longer
- Grill on a BBQ (or precook first in an oven or pressure cooker and then finish on the BBQ)
