Preparation

  1. Finely chop the rosemary and garlic
  2. Mix all the sauce ingredients
  3. Coat the chicken well with the sauce and leave in the fridge for 15 mins or longer
  4. Grill on a BBQ (or precook first in an oven or pressure cooker and then finish on the BBQ)
