A British classic combining sausages in yorkshire pudding with gravy, potatoes and any vegetables you feel like on the side
Preparation
- Combine the salt, flour and eggs in a bowl and mix well until smooth
- Add the milk slowly whilst mixing, then add the water
- Put the sausages and oil into a deep metal dish (ou 2 deep pie dishes as I used in the photos)
- Turn your oven to
220°C and cook the sausages for 10-15 minutes - they shoul dbe browned on at least 1 side - Remove from the oven, add the yorkshire pudding mix and then return to the oven
- Reduce the oven to 200C. Do not open the oven door for a minimum of 25 minutes!
- Cook for 25-30 mins
