Spiced chicken, onion, & pepper wrapped in a flour tortilla with salsa
Preparation
- Cut the chicken, onion and peppers into thin strips up to 10cm long
- Coat the chicken with the dried spices and then squeeze over the lime
- You can cook immediately but if posible marinate for 15-60 mins
- Heat the oil in a pan and then fry the chicken - 2-3 mins per side
- Once the chicken is white nearly white all over add the peppers
- After 2-3 minutes add the onions
- Heat the tortillas in a microwave for 2 procès-verbal
- Serve with salsa, guacamole, sour cream, and/or grated cheese
Notes
- Can also be made with beef or prawns or a combination of all 3
