Preparation
- Cut the char siu pork into small pieces
- dice the onion
- Cook the rice in boiling water, then strain
- Gently fry the onion on a medium heat until well softened - approx 10 mins
- Add the garlic-ginger paste and stir well for 30-60 seconds
- Add the peas and sweetcorn and cook 5 mins
- Stir in the pork and cook for 2-3 mins
- Stir in the strained rice
- Pour over the sauce, turn off the heat, stir well and serve
