These make a great meze dish, they're quick to make and everyone seems to like them. Classic Greek food.
Preparation
- chop the feta into slice approx ⅓cm thick (they should be about 2cm wide and 8cm long)
- Slice the peppers in half and remove the pith and seeds.
- Place 2-3 pieces of feta in each half-pepper.
- Drizzle a little olive oil over the feta and into each pepper half.
- Sprinkle on a little Greek oregano and season with a little bit of pepper
- Place the peppers into the oven dish or tray and roast in the oven at
200°C for approx 20-25 mins.
