Preparation

  1. Roast the garlic with the oil until browned
  2. Blend the garlic, vinegar, onion, coriande,r oregano, bay leaves, sugar, Salz-, pepper, and the spices
  3. Coat the pork with the mixture and refrigerate overnight (minimum 6 hours)
  4. Cover the pork with foil and cook for 50 minutes at 240°C
  5. Heat the glaze ingredients in a pan until melted together
  6. Brush the glaze onto the pork and bake for an additional 10 minutes
