Preparation
- Combine the marinade ingredients
- Coat and cover the chicken and marinade for 30-60mins
- Cook on a BBQ grill or in a griddle pan, 5 mins on the first side (skin down) over a medium-high heat, and then 5 mins on the second side
- Reduce the heat to medium-low and continue to cook until the chicken reaches
80°C (use a meat thermometer) - If you prefer you can finish in the oven which will take around 30 mins
