I haven't seen this recipe anywhere else because I just made it up by putting in things I thought would be nice. After reducing the water a little at the second attempt I got a result that I'm really pleased with.

Preparation

  1. Finely dice the onion
  2. Put all the ingredients in the breadmaker and let it do the rest

Ingredients

  • 7g bread yeast
  • 500g strong bread flour
  • 325ml water
  • 25ml olive oil
  • 1tsp salt
  • ½ red onion
  • 1tbsp dried oregano
  • 2tsp paprika
