Preparation

  1. Heat the water, ideally in a kettle
  2. Add the water and sugar and stir well
  3. Leave to cool
  4. Finely dice the chilli
  5. Add the chilli, lime and fish sauce to the sugar syrup
  6. Store for several weeks
